These terms apply to orders placed with Glen & Bloom through our website, checkout pages, direct messages or telephone.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, delivery area coverage and payment confirmation. We may contact you to confirm delivery details, substitutions, custom requests or pricing adjustments before fulfilment.

Pricing and Currency

All prices shown on this website are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges, if any, and any optional extras are shown before payment. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order.

Payments

Secure payments are processed by Stripe or another approved provider. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Product Availability and Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and sometimes subject to market availability. If a specific stem, wrapping element or accessory is unavailable, we may substitute with an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette and occasion.

Delivery

We deliver across Glasgow and selected surrounding areas. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, especially during peak seasonal periods, severe weather, road disruption or where recipient access is restricted.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate recipient, address and contact details.
• Ensure safe and lawful access for delivery.
• Review product, delivery and policy details before payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fresh and perishable items may not be eligible for return once prepared or delivered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
