Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every order to arrive fresh, beautiful and on time. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and complaints are handled.

Cancellations Before Preparation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before the bouquet or arrangement has been prepared are usually eligible for a full refund.

Same-Day and Prepared Orders

Because flowers and many gift items are perishable and often prepared specifically for your order, cancellations requested after preparation has started may not be refundable in full.

Delivered Orders

Fresh flower arrangements and perishable goods cannot usually be returned once delivered unless there is a quality issue, damage, or a fulfilment error on our side.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or substantially different from what was agreed, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and order details. We may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue.

Non-Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the address was incorrect, access was unsafe, or the recipient was unavailable and no safe place or alternative instructions were provided, redelivery charges may apply.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
