We deliver within 10 miles of our delivery base. Availability and the delivery charge are calculated from the delivery postcode at checkout.

Delivery Prices

We currently do not deliver to addresses more than 10 miles from our delivery base. Enter the full delivery postcode at checkout to see the applicable charge before payment.

Delivery Timing

Where same-day availability is shown, delivery windows are estimates. During busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, severe weather or road disruption, deliveries may take longer.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available, we may leave the order in a safe place, with a neighbour, or contact the sender/recipient for further instructions where reasonable.
